Positive: Erdvu, tylu, šalia visos parduotuvės ir kavinės. Negative: Visiškai neplauta patalynė, senks sutrintos pagalvės, nevalytos grindys. Indų daug, bet nėra peilio. Nėra būtinų dalykų: muilo, druskos... Tam, kad pasigamint minimaliai pusryčius atsivežkit druskos, kavos, arbatos, cukraus... Kaimynai triukšmingi.

We were a group of friends who decided to spend a few days in Malta, having rented a house in Marsaskala, designated as Positive: We were a group of friends who decided to spend a few days in Malta, having rented a house in Marsaskala, designated as Sunrise Court, through Booking.com. As agreed, we arrived at the house on September 20, 2025, at 9:00 PM, expecting to be greeted by the owner, but nothing. With no one to receive us and without the access code, we had to stay on the street until we finally managed to contact the owner. When we finally managed to contact her, she gave us the access code to the house, and we were able to enter. Upon entering the house, to our astonishment, we saw the state of disrepair and the lack of cleanliness throughout the house. Doors where we had to hold the doorknob in our hand, and the dampness on the walls. In the bedrooms, the bedspreads were torn, the sheets were stained with who-knows-what, besides hair, the pillows were stained… full of mold… In the kitchen, the stove was filthy, the cutlery was full of food scraps, the tablecloth was torn, and the floor was dirty with plastic scattered all over it. These situations are supported by photographs that we will try to attach to this review. Given the disgusting state of the house and the fact that the owner offered as a solution that she would come by the next day to clean, we had to make the decision to find another place to stay during our vacation, as we no longer trusted the owner. Only because of the disgusting state that prevented us from staying in the house as we intended did we file a complaint with Booking for cancellation and a full refund of the amount we paid. During the week we were in Malta, we kept calling Booking.com to find out the status of our stay, and the answer was always the same, which showed very little interest in resolving our issue. The owner stopped responding to any attempts to contact us, whether by message or phone, after being confronted with the conditions of the house and that it was impossible for us to live there. Positive: Ami tetszett hogy a szállás adó hamar válaszolt ha kérdésen volt. Negative: A tisztaság főleg az ágyneműk tisztaság mert használt volt.
